James Rury vs Bryan Maffett

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Pennsylvania promoted show at Phil Whiteford Gym, Allentown,  taking place on 29/04/2026:

Clearly AI USA-Pennsylvania have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are James Rury (8(1) - 0) who hails from Anchorage, USA and Bryan Maffett(5 - 8 - 5) from Los Angeles, USA.  Rury weighed in at 174 pounds and 7 ounces, while Maffett weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sam Doig, and the three ringside judges are Stuart Briar, Colin Blood and Sam Fenty.
