John Argyle vs Vicente Alviso

Boxing Daily Report from the Gore Promotions promoted show at Gore Gym, Boston,  taking place on 30/05/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Argyle (13 - 5(1) - 2) who hails from Dallas, USA and Vicente Alviso(16 - 5) from Bayamon, Puerto Rico.  Argyle weighed in at 139 pounds and 9 ounces, while Alviso weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Charles Keath, and the three ringside judges are Dave Greenan, Sam Evans and Elliot Ogle.  

Round 1: 

Argyle hits home with a cross.  
Alviso steps inside and walks his opponent into the corner.  Alviso pivots to the left of his opponent.  Argyle throws a right uppercut, but Alviso clinches his opponent.  Alviso throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head.
