Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Yoyogi National Gymnasium, Tokyo,  taking place on 30/05/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the WRBA Super Welterweight title.  Also on the line is the WRBC Super Welterweight.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Daiki Yoshimoto (24(16) - 0) who hails from Nishinomiya, Japan and Zhu Choong(20(14) - 0) from Zigong, China.  Yoshimoto weighed in at 153 pounds and 14 ounces, while Choong weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hiroki Amaya, and the three ringside judges are Satoshi Fuse, Ichiro Tsukamoto and Yasushi Shishido.
