Wayan Wullur vs Akira Sawada

Boxing Daily Report from the ノックアウトボクシング promoted show at Yokohama Arena, Yokohama,  taking place on 16/05/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Wayan Wullur (19(9) - 1(1)) who hails from Pekanbaru, Indonesia and Akira Sawada(10 - 7(1) - 2) from Nagoya, Japan.  Both Wullur and Sawada weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hiro Murano, and the three ringside judges are Hikaru Ishibashi, Takeo Uchida and Keiichi Hatanaka.  

Round 1: 

Wullur connects with a cross.

Wullur lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Wullur holds on to his opponent.  Wullur tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Sawada's kidney. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Wullur to stop fouling.

Wullur pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a left hook into his opponents body.
