Joshua Galley vs Ricky Steen

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-Western Australia promoted show at Dave Emond Gym, Perth,  taking place on 01/04/2026:

Clearly AI Australia-Western Australia have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Western Australia Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joshua Galley (11 - 0) who hails from Perth, Australia and Ricky Steen(5 - 0) from Perth, Australia.  Both Galley and Steen weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Barry Rease, and the three ringside judges are Ben Banis, John Drummond and Dave McPherson.
