Bo-kyung Mun vs Jin-hyeon Chon

Boxing Daily Report from the Baah Promotions promoted show at Seung-dae Chang Gym, Daegu,  taking place on 28/04/2026:

Clearly Baah Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Korea-Daegu Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bo-kyung Mun (2 - 8 - 4) who hails from Daegu, South Korea and Jin-hyeon Chon(9 - 0 - 1) from Daegu, South Korea.  Mun weighed in at 126 pounds, while Chon weighed in at 125 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Tae-hwi Kwok, and the three ringside judges are Seung-gyu Soh, Jeong-ho Toh and Seung-gyu Soh.  

Round 1: 

Chon closes the distance.  Chon pivots to the left of his opponent.  Mun throws a left hook, but Chon ties up his opponent.  Chon is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.
