Hitoshi Oshiro vs Taro Kobe

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Yoyogi National Gymnasium, Tokyo,  taking place on 30/05/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the East Asian Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hitoshi Oshiro (15 - 2 - 2) who hails from Osaka, Japan and Taro Kobe(15 - 1(1) - 1) from Hiroshima, Japan.  Oshiro weighed in at 111 pounds and 14 ounces, while Kobe weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hiroki Amaya, and the three ringside judges are Ichiro Tsukamoto, Satoshi Fuse and Yasushi Shishido.
