Boxing Daily Report from the Rooq Promotions promoted show at Berjaya Convention Centre, Johor Bahru,  taking place on 28/05/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Astro Arena, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Faisal Dib (20(6) - 0) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Emilio Ma-item(6 - 7 - 6) from Caloocan, Philippines.  Dib weighed in at 121 pounds and 12 ounces, while Ma-item weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Saad Hassan, and the three ringside judges are Farhan Younis, Rehan Sabet and Gazi Shariff.
