Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Gold Gym, Brisbane,  taking place on 18/04/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Peter Clay (3 - 0) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Rashid Abood(4 - 5) from Melbourne, Australia.  Both Clay and Abood weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Inigo Craigen, and the three ringside judges are Inigo Craigen, Billy Pryce and Brendan Moultrie.  

Round 1:
