Faisal Hassen vs Azam Barrahet

Boxing Daily Report from the AI UAE-Dubai promoted show at Azam Malick Gym, Dubai,  taking place on 02/05/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the UAE Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Abu Dhabi Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Faisal Hassen (15 - 5) who hails from Dubai, UAE and Azam Barrahet(10 - 7 - 1) from Dubai, UAE.  Hassen weighed in at 230 pounds and 1 ounces, while Barrahet weighed in at 226 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Waqas Rahaim, and the three ringside judges are Adnan Zawahiri, Zafa Azzam and Farhan Akif.
