Phornello Kakuwa vs Vashon Masialeti

Boxing Daily Report from the Daduryan Promotions promoted show at Lusaka Chiyanika, Lusaka,  taking place on 30/04/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Zambia-Lusaka Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Phornello Kakuwa (10 - 8) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Vashon Masialeti(8 - 5 - 2) from Lusaka, Zambia.  Kakuwa weighed in at 241 pounds and 9 ounces, while Masialeti weighed in at 238 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Luister Sitwala, and the three ringside judges are Roshaun Mooka, Vashon Kalunga and Ben Chiputa.
