Denton Zvinavashe vs Josh Kombayi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Zimbabwe-Bulawayo promoted show at Richie Mangwende Gym, Bulawayo,  taking place on 03/05/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zimbabwe-Bulawayo Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Denton Zvinavashe (7 - 8 - 3) who hails from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and Josh Kombayi(5 - 1) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Zvinavashe weighed in at 130 pounds, while Kombayi weighed in at 129 pounds And 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Chiamaka Matsikenyeri, and the three ringside judges are David Kapinda, George Chimutengwende and Paul Dumbutshena.
