Dai Blevins vs Edwyn Ladd

Boxing Daily Report from the All Talk Promotions promoted show at All Gym, Dublin,  taking place on 16/04/2026:

Clearly All Talk Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Dai Blevins (2 - 0) who hails from Cardiff, UK and Edwyn Ladd(1 - 3 - 3) from Coventry, UK.  Blevins weighed in at 115 pounds, while Ladd weighed in at 114 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rory Finnegan, and the three ringside judges are Roy Spalding, Lorcan Coleman and Clinton MacAdam.  

Round 1: 

Ladd finds the target with a jab.

Ladd advances into close range and throws a left uppercut, but Blevins clinches his opponent.  Blevins pushes his forearm into Ladd's face.  The ref breaks Blevins's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Ladd advances into close range.  As Ladd tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Blevins dabs at his face checking for damage.
