Shehu Kukah vs Dele Nworuh

Boxing Daily Report from the Kune Promotions promoted show at Ilorin Iheme, Ilorin,  taking place on 18/05/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Nigeria-Kwara State Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shehu Kukah (12 - 0 - 1) who hails from Ilorin, Nigeria and Dele Nworuh(3 - 1) from Ilorin, Nigeria.  Both Kukah and Nworuh weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shehu Datti, and the three ringside judges are Mark Nduka, Ashley Ajibade and Joel Akinmunde.  

Round 1: 

Kukah steps inside and drives a right hook into his opponents body.
