Roman Cortinas vs Desiderio Basto

Boxing Daily Report from the Cestrian promotions promoted show at Palau de Congressos de Catalunya, Barcelona,  taking place on 19/06/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Spain-Catalonia Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Roman Cortinas (13(3) - 0) who hails from Barcelona, Spain and Desiderio Basto(4 - 3 - 2) from Barcelona, Spain.  Cortinas weighed in at 153 pounds and 14 ounces, while Basto weighed in at 153 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Olindo Mayorga, and the three ringside judges are Elias Moreton, Marjun Barro and Senon Camejo.  

Round 1:
