Khalid Mambetow vs Haji Aghamehdiyev

Boxing Daily Report from the Classy Boxing promoted show at Yulian Merece Gym, Almaty,  taking place on 11/05/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Khalid Mambetow (9(1) - 0) who hails from Almaty, Kazakhstan and Haji Aghamehdiyev(5 - 2 - 2) from Samarqand, Uzbekistan.  Both Mambetow and Aghamehdiyev weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Majid Kairbeckoff, and the three ringside judges are Afanas Zamyev, Kolzak Icklassow and Goga Sacieff.
