Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Ontario promoted show at Toronto Munro, Toronto,  taking place on 14/04/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Sam Shirar (0 - 0) who hails from Toronto, Canada and Robert Wilson(0 - 2) from Sacremento, USA.  Both Shirar and Wilson weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michael Nickson, and the three ringside judges are Rob Murray, Joel Griffin and Richard Amiot.  

Round 1: 

Shirar hits home with a solid left hook.

Round 2: 

Shirar hits home with a left hook.  
Shirar gets on the inside and walks Wilson down, trapping him in the corner.  Wilson wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Shirar has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Shirar lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.

The ref separates the two fighters.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Wilson has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight damage to the nose.
