Diego Almeda vs Jair Pimentel

Boxing Daily Report from the Sumito Urayama's KO Kings promoted show at Biruta, Fortaleza,  taking place on 31/05/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Diego Armadillo Almeda (6 - 0) who hails from Manaus, Brazil and Jair Pimentel(16 - 5 - 2) from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  Almeda weighed in at 168 pounds, while Pimentel weighed in at 167 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Nicandro Montijo, and the three ringside judges are Seferino Patricio, Nemesio Lizardo and Oro Augusto.
