Luis Santoyo vs Angel Barbero

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Colombia-Distrito Capital promoted show at Xalvador Barahona Gym, Bogota,  taking place on 15/04/2026:

Clearly AI Colombia-Distrito Capital have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Colombia-Distrito Capital Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Luis Santoyo (7 - 4 - 3) who hails from Bogota, Colombia and Angel Barbero(8 - 5 - 2) from Bogota, Colombia.  Both Santoyo and Barbero weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Melero, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Padron, Cruz Marron and Edmundo Segundo.
