Chancellor Clary vs Bassett Carol

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ivory Coast-Lagunes promoted show at Changdam Gym, Abidjan,  taking place on 15/05/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Western African Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RTI Sport TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Chancellor Clary (14(3) - 2(1)) who hails from Abidjan, Ivory Coast and Bassett Carol(13 - 1 - 1 - 1(NC)) from Bamenda, Cameroon.  Clary weighed in at 146 pounds and 8 ounces, while Carol weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Seymour Tiozzo, and the three ringside judges are Sid Zola, Gregory de Pizan and Etienne Bayne.
