Clint Melrose vs Antwan McClennen

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Gold Coast,  taking place on 29/05/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Clint Melrose (14 - 6(1) - 1(NC)) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Antwan McClennen(16 - 8 - 1) from Sydney, Australia.  Both Melrose and McClennen weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Inigo Craigen, and the three ringside judges are Ewan Duffy, Mel Culp and Ian Corrie.
