Valeray Onana vs Rance Huret

Boxing Daily Report from the Ossyan Promotions promoted show at Cable Jacob Gym, Douala,  taking place on 16/05/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Littoral Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Valeray Onana (13 - 7 - 3) who hails from Douala, Cameroon and Rance Huret(13 - 3) from Douala, Cameroon.  Both Onana and Huret weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Telford Sima, and the three ringside judges are Ames Feudjio, Chevy Ipolla and Telford Sima.  

Round 1: 

Huret hits home with a cross.  
Huret closes the distance.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Huret.  That has caused a slight cut above.  
Huret walks his opponent into the corner.  Onana is on target with a left hook.

Huret is looking to close the distance and is on target with a left hook to Onana's body.
