Lorcan Buckley vs Seamus Murphy

Boxing Daily Report from the Mr. Vicious promoted show at RDS Arena, Dublin,  taking place on 06/06/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Irish Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RET One, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Lorcan Buckley (11 - 3 - 2) who hails from Waterford, Ireland and Seamus Murphy(4 - 8(1) - 3) from Dun Laoghaire, Ireland.  Both Buckley and Murphy weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ross Gauld, and the three ringside judges are Rory Carver, Anthony McNeeley and Thomas McShane.  

Round 1: 

Buckley steps inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.
