Noel Richoux vs Merrill Auteuil

Boxing Daily Report from the Chobeka Promotions promoted show at Sacha Apollinaire Gym, Villeurbanne,  taking place on 16/05/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the France-Rhone-Alpes Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Noel Richoux (12 - 7 - 1) who hails from Lyon, France and Merrill Auteuil(11 - 3 - 2) from Lyon, France.  Both Richoux and Auteuil weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Louie Laude, and the three ringside judges are Gregory Dacoury, Sumner Malot and Louie Braudel.  

Round 1: 

Richoux hits home with an overhand right.
