Eduardo Bencomo vs Ponce Pereida

Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Coliseo La Tortuga, La Florida,  taking place on 23/05/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports Chile, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Eduardo Bencomo (6(2) - 0 - 1 - 1(NC)) who hails from Las Condes, Chile and Ponce Pereida(2 - 6 - 3) from Rosario, Argentina.  Bencomo weighed in at 159 pounds and 13 ounces, while Pereida weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rio Fallas, and the three ringside judges are Diego Virgen, Santiago Burgos and Ovidio Barco.
