Santiago Montero vs Ignado Altamirano

Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Sheraton Santiago Hotel and Convention Center, Santiago,  taking place on 24/05/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Santiago Montero (4 - 0) who hails from Maipu, Chile and Ignado Altamirano(3 - 2 - 1) from La Florida, Chile.  Montero weighed in at 228 pounds and 11 ounces, while Altamirano weighed in at 244 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kiki Vigorito, and the three ringside judges are Fanuco Sison, Fanuco Sison and Alejandro Cossio.
