Odilon Mendy vs Montrose Diame

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at University of Cheikh Ahmadou Bamba, Touba,  taking place on 09/05/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Odilon Mendy (16 - 0) who hails from Pikine, Senegal and Montrose Diame(8 - 10 - 3) from Dakar, Senegal.  Both Mendy and Diame weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Giles Thiam, and the three ringside judges are Satch Siani, Larrimore Hippe and Fletcher Larive.
