Cipriano Montealegre vs Guillermo Ras

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Honduras-Cortes promoted show at Marjun Noguera Gym, San Pedro Sula,  taking place on 18/05/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Honduras-Cortes Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cipriano Montealegre (9 - 8 - 2) who hails from San Pedro Sula, Honduras and Guillermo Ras(7 - 3) from San Pedro Sula, Honduras.  Both Montealegre and Ras weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rio Cruce, and the three ringside judges are Marco Quezada, Vicente Mieras and Fidel Llorente.  

Round 1: 

Ras sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a cross.  
Ras lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.
