Fresco Volante vs Elias Olvera

Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Estadio Osvaldo Casanova, Bahía Blanca,  taking place on 08/06/2026:

Clearly Rourke & Salvador have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Publica, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Fresco Volante (17(1) - 4 - 1) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and Elias Olvera(9 - 3 - 2) from Buenos Aires, Argentina.  Volante weighed in at 130 pounds, while Olvera weighed in at 129 pounds And 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Manny Peraza, and the three ringside judges are Zacarias Ovalles, Angel Pacifico and Santiago Corte.  

Round 1: 

Olvera throws a left uppercut, but Volante holds on to his opponent.  Volante pushes his forearm into Olvera's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Volante to stop fouling.  
Volante forces Olvera to back into a corner.  Volante lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.
