Bamme Mattens vs Ramont Peussyn

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Belgium-Flanders promoted show at Ghent Frays, Ghent,  taking place on 22/05/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belgium-Flanders Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bamme Mattens (12 - 7 - 3) who hails from Antwerp, Belgium and Ramont Peussyn(7 - 11 - 5) from Antwerp, Belgium.  Mattens weighed in at 139 pounds and 7 ounces, while Peussyn weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Haas Haenebil, and the three ringside judges are Haas Haenebil, Florent Micault and Meus Fournyer.
