Benoit Krige vs Udenwa Mkwananzi

Boxing Daily Report from the Quick Tan Promotions promoted show at Ticketpro Dome, Johannesburg,  taking place on 02/05/2026:

Clearly Quick Tan Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Benoit Krige (2 - 0) who hails from Khayelitsha, South Africa and Udenwa Mkwananzi(3 - 4 - 1) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  Krige weighed in at 174 pounds And 15 ounces, while Mkwananzi weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cole Twala, and the three ringside judges are Bongani Zungu, Tshepo Nqakula and Asavela Sikali.
