Michi Ando vs Hikaru Arai

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Tokyo International Forum, Tokyo,  taking place on 13/06/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Michi Ando (8 - 8(1) - 1) who hails from Osaka, Japan and Hikaru Arai(12 - 6 - 2) from Yokohama, Japan.  Both Ando and Arai weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hisoka Enomoto, and the three ringside judges are Hikaru Onaga, Michi Uyehara and Taro Sunada.  

Round 1:
