Raul Balconi vs Bernardo Gesmundo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Campania promoted show at Salerno Alasia, Salerno,  taking place on 22/05/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Italy-Campania Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Raul Balconi (14(2) - 0) who hails from Salerno, Italy and Bernardo Gesmundo(6 - 6 - 1) from Naples, Italy.  Balconi weighed in at 112 pounds, while Gesmundo weighed in at 111 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Daniele Bufalini, and the three ringside judges are Bernardo Noce, Enzo Gianquinto and Rodolfo Muscardini.
