Sulaiman Mombi vs Robert Kihoro

Boxing Daily Report from the Konga Promotions promoted show at Haaris Haque Gym, Nairobi,  taking place on 24/05/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sulaiman Mombi (8 - 5 - 2) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Robert Kihoro(6 - 9(1) - 3) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Mombi and Kihoro weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shaun Arusei, and the three ringside judges are Billy Tumbo, Bob Mbiyu and Shaun Chelangat.
