Ahmed Sylla vs Kanja Beharry

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Johor promoted show at Rehan Jafari Gym, Johor Bahru,  taking place on 23/05/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Malaysia-Johor Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ahmed Sylla (14 - 4 - 2) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Kanja Beharry(12 - 11 - 1) from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  Both Sylla and Beharry weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shayan Hossain, and the three ringside judges are Obaid Diab, Shayan Hossain and Saad Hassan.  

Round 1: 

Sylla hits home with a cross.  
Beharry walks Sylla down, trapping him in the corner.  Beharry digs in a left uppercut to Sylla's body.
