Idris Amoo vs Shehu Ehwareme

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Lagos State promoted show at Lydia Halls, Lagos,  taking place on 27/05/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nigeria Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Idris Amoo (13 - 3(1) - 1) who hails from Lagos, Nigeria and Shehu Ehwareme(12 - 7(2)) from Benin City, Nigeria.  Both Amoo and Ehwareme weighed in at 200 pounds.
