Boxing Daily Report from the Monare Promotions promoted show at Montel Rolon Gym, Managua,  taking place on 27/05/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nicaragua-Managua Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bronco Iglesias (7 - 6 - 5) who hails from Tipitapa, Nicaragua and Lisandro Resendiz(4 - 0) from Managua, Nicaragua.  Both Iglesias and Resendiz weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alano Pio, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Devera, Agapetus Olea and Carlos Albarran.
