Nwankwo Achuzie vs Ali Sabet

Boxing Daily Report from the Assifuah Promotions promoted show at Aba Chahine, Aba,  taking place on 27/05/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nigeria-Abia State Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nwankwo Achuzie (17 - 0) who hails from Aba, Nigeria and Ali Sabet(13 - 4 - 3) from Aba, Nigeria.  Achuzie weighed in at 244 pounds and 6 ounces, while Sabet weighed in at 255 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lukman Shuaib, and the three ringside judges are Bature Adelakun, Bright Imenger and Tunde Obode.
