Dong-jun Yon vs Min-hyeok Ko

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Korea-North Chungcheong promoted show at Bo-kyung Roe Gym, Chungju,  taking place on 30/04/2026:

Clearly AI South Korea-North Chungcheong have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Korea-North Chungcheong Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dong-jun Yon (6 - 3 - 2) who hails from Chungju, South Korea and Min-hyeok Ko(6 - 8 - 2) from Cheongju, South Korea.  Both Yon and Ko weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chan-dong Whang, and the three ringside judges are Dong-won Koo, Jeong-ho Choi and Min-woo Rim.
