Zhu Hom vs Jun Qin

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Shanghai promoted show at Shanghai Ren, Shanghai,  taking place on 01/05/2026:

Clearly AI China-Shanghai have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Shanghai Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zhu Hom (4 - 0) who hails from Shanghai, China and Jun Qin(8 - 6 - 2) from Shanghai, China.  Hom weighed in at 247 pounds and 13 ounces, while Qin weighed in at 237 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Quon Pen, and the three ringside judges are Hsin Szeto, An Sieh and Gan Shiu.
