Gennady Beschastnykh vs Marceli Szatkowski

Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at Megasport Arena, Moscow,  taking place on 27/06/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Eastern Europe Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Rossiya 2, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gennady Beschastnykh (16(7) - 1(1)) who hails from Nizhnekamsk, Russia and Marceli Szatkowski(19 - 3 - 1) from Warsaw, Poland.  Both Beschastnykh and Szatkowski weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sergei Fedorovtsev, and the three ringside judges are Aleksandr Kharchenko, Ioakim Pavlovsky and Borya Abramov.
