Ollie Kipkemei vs Chris Khalwale

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Mombasa promoted show at Razi Masinde Gym, Mombasa,  taking place on 31/05/2026:

Clearly AI Kenya-Mombasa have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Mombasa Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ollie Kipkemei (8 - 8 - 3) who hails from Mombasa, Kenya and Chris Khalwale(4 - 1 - 2) from Mombasa, Kenya.  Kipkemei weighed in at 199 pounds and 8 ounces, while Khalwale weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Kithuka, and the three ringside judges are Lewis Muriuki, Connor Kamau and Hassan Badini.
