Yuan Liew vs Ming Kwok

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Jilin promoted show at Changchun Ghiam, Changchun,  taking place on 01/06/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Jilin Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yuan Liew (6 - 5 - 3) who hails from Changchun, China and Ming Kwok(8 - 4 - 3) from Changchun, China.  Both Liew and Kwok weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yong Ginn, and the three ringside judges are Hsin Boon, Jun Si and Lao-Tzu Howe.

Liew connects with a left hook.  
Liew tries to keep the action at long range.  Kwok hits home with a cross.

Liew is looking to close the distance.  As Kwok tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Liew dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Kwok connects with a left hook.  
Liew drops his hands, and waves his opponent in.  Kwok hits home with a stinging jab.  
Liew lands a cross.  
Kwok lands a jab to the body followed by a cross to the head.
