Boxing Daily Report from the Sembene Promotions promoted show at Malik Najar Gym, Sana'a,  taking place on 31/05/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Yemen-Sana'a Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jawad Taffaha (14 - 7 - 1) who hails from Sana'a, Yemen and Rehan Aljabiri(14 - 1 - 1) from Sana'a, Yemen.  Both Taffaha and Aljabiri weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rehan Akel, and the three ringside judges are Jawad Maroun, Shayan Gilles and Faisal Hossain.
