Mark Hilley vs Euan Takhtalyan

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Sunshine Coast Stadium, Sunshine Coast,  taking place on 27/06/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Oceania Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mark Hilley (24(9) - 2) who hails from Townsville, Australia and Euan Takhtalyan(15(6) - 2(1)) from Sydney, Australia.  Both Hilley and Takhtalyan weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Johnny Deasmhumhain, and the three ringside judges are Corey Pait, Billy Pryce and Richie Higgins.
