Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Osun State promoted show at Osogbo Ekwensi, Osogbo,  taking place on 03/06/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Osun State Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are James Maimo (14 - 4(1) - 1) who hails from Osogbo, Nigeria and Kenzie Obekpa(10 - 2 - 1) from Osogbo, Nigeria.  Both Maimo and Obekpa weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Haider Zahra, and the three ringside judges are Mudashiru Ebor, Kunle Gogwim and Mfon Nemine.
