Xin Nguyen vs Gan Yeh

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at University of Science and Technology, Beijing,  taking place on 13/06/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Starsports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Xin Nguyen (10 - 2 - 1) who hails from Changsha, China and Gan Yeh(14(5) - 1) from Ganzhou, China.  Nguyen weighed in at 254 pounds And 11 ounces, while Yeh weighed in at 234 pounds And 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Huang-fu Yue, and the three ringside judges are Deshi Tak, Quon Shu and Qing-Nan Bu.  

Round 1: 

Yeh lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.
