Mduduzi Cele vs Gerard Noury

Boxing Daily Report from the Quick Tan Promotions promoted show at Ellis Park Arena, Johannesburg,  taking place on 27/06/2026:

Clearly Quick Tan Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mduduzi Cele (18(1) - 2) who hails from Khayelitsha, South Africa and Gerard Noury(17 - 4(1)) from Port-au-Prince, Haiti.  Both Cele and Noury weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Bakwamba, and the three ringside judges are Here Van Heerden, Tokelo Motupa and Vince Van Deventer.
