Richie Will vs Arran Groves

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Alabama promoted show at Kris Jerden Gym, Huntsville,  taking place on 10/06/2026:

Clearly AI USA-Alabama have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Alabama Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Richie Will (6 - 4 - 3) who hails from Birmingham, USA and Arran Groves(8 - 4 - 2) from Mobile, USA.  Both Will and Groves weighed in at 129 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is David Nist, and the three ringside judges are Seth Pyper, Jonathan Reid and Louis Garrow.  

Round 1: 

Groves sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Will hits home with a right hook.  
Groves lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Groves lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Groves tries to step out of his opponents range.  Will feints a jab, but Groves ignores the feint and lands with a right hook.
