Kudret Guvench vs Omer Akdari

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Turkey-Izmir promoted show at Izmir Kaptan, Izmir,  taking place on 12/06/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Turkey-Izmir Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NTV Spor, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kudret Guvench (13 - 4 - 1) who hails from Izmir, Turkey and Omer Akdari(17 - 3 - 1) from Izmir, Turkey.  Guvench weighed in at 134 pounds and 13 ounces, while Akdari weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tunc Sevi, and the three ringside judges are Koray Ali, Adem Sozen and Alp Denizli.
